- 1 cup of Fresh strawberries
- 2-3 tbsp of Lime juice
- Sugar optional, depending on the sweetness of strawberries

Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water and remove the stems.
Cut the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on their size, and place them in a blender.
Add a splash of lime juice to the blender. The amount will depend on your taste preference and the quantity of strawberries you're using. Start with about 1 tablespoon and adjust to taste.
Optionally, if your strawberries aren't very sweet, you can add a teaspoon or two of sugar to enhance the sweetness.
Blend the mixture until smooth. If it's too thick, you can add a little water to reach your desired consistency.
Once blended, taste the juice and adjust the lime juice or sugar if needed.
