- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- Ice cubes
- Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish optional
In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the apple cider, sparkling water or ginger ale, lemon juice, and maple syrup or honey.
Add a few ice cubes to the shaker or mixing glass and gently stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
Strain the mixture from the shaker or mixing glass into the serving glass.
Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick if desired.
