Ingredients
  

  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1/2 oz tart cherry syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon magnesium powder
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Steep the chamomile tea bag in 4 oz of hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool to room temperature.
  • In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the cooled chamomile tea, tart cherry syrup, fresh lemon juice, and magnesium powder.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well until chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top up with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
